- Other third parties that you ask us to provide information to, e.g. Glass House Retreat, a fertility clinic, a Fertility / IVF Doctor, alternative holistic fertility / wellbeing specialists or fitness specialists that we are not affiliated with.
- Other third parties we use to help us run our business, e.g. website hosts, payment providers such as Stripe, Starling Bank and HubSpot our digital CRM System.
- Any member of Fertility Retreats Ltd and Glass House Retreat.
- Business partners for the performance of any contract we enter into you with.
- Condition of us entering into a contract with you.
- If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions to protect the rights, property, safety of Fertility Retreat Ltd, and our clients. We only allow our service providers to handle your personal information if we are satisfied, they take appropriate measures to protect your personal information.
